Colors and Textures: Basse-taille Enameling

Experience the process of sawing and filing copper sheet metal, texturing the metal surface with our great collection of hammers, sifting transparent and/or opaque vitreous enamel of various colors onto the metal surface, firing single or multiple layers of vitreous enamel in the kiln until achieving expected surface texture, and finely finishing the exposed metal edge. Toolkits and all materials will be provided.
