Bezel Setting

This workshop will focus on the basic skills needed to create traditional bezel settings. Using silver sheet and wire, participants will explore techniques and the approaches used to incorporate cabochon stones in jewelry. Techniques will include basic forming, silver soldering, sawing, filing, finishing, and of course stone setting. Participants will walk away with a one-of-a-kind ring or pendant, and a foundation of traditional metalsmithing and jewelry-making skills.
